A rich and moist chocolate peanut butter bundt cake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, oil, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
Notes
- Serve with chocolate ganache or whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
