Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine baking soda, salt, flour, and cocoa powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing.
