- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1 package graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate chips to the cream cheese mixture.
- Beat until well combined and creamy.
- Spread the chocolate cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
