Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  3. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a cake mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Once set, remove from mold and serve chilled.
