Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and egg yolks, mixing well.
- Stir in vanilla extract, flour, and salt until combined.
- Divide the batter among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.

- Pair with ice cream or whipped cream.
