  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream and vanilla, mix well.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Stir in chocolate fudge sauce and chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
