A simple and rich chocolate fudge recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts if using.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Substitute dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by using milk chocolate or bittersweet chocolate.
