Instructions

  2. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir until the mixture is smooth and melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
