- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add vinegar, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and water to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
Notes
- This cake can be topped with powdered sugar or your favorite icing.
