- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into two cupcake liners.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Let them cool before serving.
