Description

Delicious chocolate croissant cookies made from flaky pastry and rich chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. In another bowl, beat the egg and vanilla.
  6. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until combined.
  7. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.
