Description
Delicious chocolate croissant cookies made from flaky pastry and rich chocolate.
Ingredients

			- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 cup chocolate chips
 - 1 egg
 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
 - Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
 - Stir in chocolate chips.
 - In another bowl, beat the egg and vanilla.
 - Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until combined.
 - Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
 - Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container.
 - For more chocolate flavor, add cocoa powder.
