- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 3 tablespoons cornstarch

- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
- Add milk and heavy cream, and cook over medium heat while stirring.
- Continue cooking until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the filling into the pre-made pie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
- Use a store-bought crust for convenience.
- Chill the pie overnight for best results.
- Feel free to add whipped cream on top.
