Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into a greased mini cake pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cakes completely.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil.
- Dip strawberries in melted chocolate and place on top of each mini cake.
