Delicious chocolate covered cherry brownie bombs for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup brownie mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cherry filling
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix brownie mix, water, and vegetable oil in a bowl.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let brownies cool completely.
- Cut brownies into squares and form into balls.
- Fill each ball with cherry filling.
- Melt chocolate chips and shortening together.
- Dip each cherry-filled brownie ball into the chocolate mixture.
- Let the chocolate set on a wire rack.
