Description
Delicious chocolate chip peanut butter cups made with creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- In a muffin tin, place cupcake liners.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Add a spoonful of peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Cover with more melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

- Store in the refrigerator for freshness.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
