Ingredients

- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Form into small balls and serve.

- Can substitute honey with maple syrup.
