- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the cookie dough evenly in the bottom of the pie crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie dough.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade cookie dough.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
