Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate for melting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and salt, then mix in flour and chocolate chips.
- Press the dough into muffin tins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool completely.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Fill cooled cups with melted chocolate.
- Chill until chocolate sets.
Notes
- Ensure cookies are fully cooled before adding chocolate.
- You can use dark or milk chocolate for filling.
- Store in an airtight container.
