Delicious strawberries filled with creamy chocolate cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 12 large strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Cut the tops off the strawberries and hollow out the insides.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Fill each strawberry with the chocolate cheesecake mixture.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Use large strawberries for best results.
- Adjust sweetness to your taste.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
