- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Bake the pie crust according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer.
- Add chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled pie crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
