Description
A spicy twist on classic deviled eggs with chipotle flavor.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chipotle in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chipotle, lime juice, and salt to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
- Chill before serving.

- Adjust chipotle amount for desired spice level.
- Serve cold for best flavor.
- Can be made a day in advance.
