Ingredients

- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable broth in a pot over medium heat.
- Add bok choy and carrots, cooking for 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and snow peas, cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 2 more minutes and serve hot.
