Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat vegetable broth in a pot over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add carrots and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and bok choy. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add snow peas and soy sauce. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
