Description
A sweet and tangy dish made with crispy chicken and orange sauce.
Ingredients

			- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
 - 1 cup flour
 - 2 eggs, beaten
 - 1 cup orange juice
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp vinegar
 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
 - Season chicken with salt and pepper.
 - Dip chicken in flour, then in eggs.
 - Fry chicken until golden brown.
 - In a separate bowl, mix orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch.
 - Pour sauce into pan and bring to a boil.
 - Add fried chicken to the sauce and coat well.
 - Serve hot.
 
Notes
- Serve with steamed rice.
 - Adjust sweetness by varying sugar amount.
 - Garnish with green onions if desired.
