Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken in flour, then in eggs.
  4. Fry chicken until golden brown.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix orange juice, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch.
  6. Pour sauce into pan and bring to a boil.
  7. Add fried chicken to the sauce and coat well.
  8. Serve hot.
