Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup red bean paste
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add water and coconut milk, stir until smooth.
  3. Grease a steaming tray.
  4. Pour half the mixture into the tray.
  5. Spread red bean paste evenly on top.
  6. Pour the remaining mixture over the red bean paste.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Steam for 30 minutes.
  9. Let it cool before cutting into pieces.
