Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup red bean paste
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add water and coconut milk to the mixture.
- Stir until smooth.
- Grease a steaming dish.
- Pour half of the batter into the dish.
- Spread red bean paste over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter on top.
- Steam for 30-40 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Reheat before serving for best taste.
- Can add other fillings like fruit or nuts.
