Ingredients

  • Rice – 2 cups
  • Chicken – 1 kg
  • Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers) – 500 grams
  • Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
  • Ginger – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 2 tablespoons
  • Spring onions – 1 bunch
  • Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Chili flakes – 1 teaspoon
  • Peanuts – 100 grams

Instructions

  1. Wash and cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
  4. Add ginger and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  6. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Pour in soy sauce and chili flakes, mix well.
  8. Serve chicken stir-fry over rice.
  9. Garnish with chopped spring onions and peanuts.
