Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cooked chicken, diced

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until it runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add the vegetables and chicken, cook until heated through.
  6. Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce.
  7. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
