- 500 g dumpling wrappers
- 300 g pork minced
- 200 g shrimp minced
- 100 g scallions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

Instructions
- Prepare the fish by cleaning and seasoning with salt and ginger.
- Mix minced pork, shrimp, scallions, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Fill dumpling wrappers with the meat mixture and fold them.
- Steam the dumplings for about 15 minutes.
- Cook the fish in a steamer for 20 minutes.
- Stir-fry fresh vegetables in sesame oil.
- Serve everything hot, garnished with spring onions.
