  • 200 g shrimp minced
  • 100 g scallions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • Fresh vegetables for stir-fry
  • Spring onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fish by cleaning and seasoning with salt and ginger.
  2. Mix minced pork, shrimp, scallions, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  3. Fill dumpling wrappers with the meat mixture and fold them.
  4. Steam the dumplings for about 15 minutes.
  5. Cook the fish in a steamer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir-fry fresh vegetables in sesame oil.
  7. Serve everything hot, garnished with spring onions.
