Ingredients
- Green tea – 4 cups
- Jasmine tea – 2 cups
- Honey – 1/2 cup
- Ginger – 1 tablespoon, grated
- Fresh mint leaves – 1/4 cup
- Lychee fruit – 1 can, drained
- Ice cubes – as needed
Instructions
- Brew green tea and jasmine tea together.
- Add honey and grated ginger to the hot tea.
- Stir until honey is dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Add fresh mint leaves and lychee fruit.
- Serve over ice cubes.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Can be served hot or cold.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
