Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 pound ground pork

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough.
- In another bowl, combine pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the dough into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Steam the dumplings for about 15 minutes.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

- Adjust the filling to your taste.
- Use a bamboo steamer for best results.
