Ingredients

- 200g all-purpose flour
- 100g sugar
- 100g butter

- 50g ground almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, ground almonds, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
