Ingredients

Instructions
- Mix rice flour, water, salt, sesame oil, and five-spice powder in a bowl.
- Stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
