Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g sugar
  • 200ml water
  • 300g glutinous rice flour
  • 100g mung bean paste
  • 50g sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and water in a pot, heat until dissolved.
  2. Add glutinous rice flour and mix well.
  3. Stir in mung bean paste and mix until smooth.
  4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
  5. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Steam for 30 minutes.
  8. Let cool before cutting into pieces.
