Ingredients

- 1 cup of mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup of green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Push vegetables to the side and pour in beaten eggs.
- Scramble eggs until fully cooked.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Stir in green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.

- Use leftover rice for better texture.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
