- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dip each shrimp in the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs.
- Coat shrimp with shredded coconut.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
