  • Bell peppers: 2 medium (one red and one yellow), sliced into thin strips.
  • Broccoli: 200 grams, cut into small florets.
  • Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons.
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced.
  • Ginger: 1 tablespoon, minced.
  • Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons.
  • Green onions: 3, chopped (for garnish).
  • Rice: 2 cups (for serving).
  • Salt and pepper: to taste.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by slicing it into thin strips and set aside.
  2. Chop the vegetables: slice the bell peppers and cut the broccoli into florets.
  3. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet and stir-fry the marinated chicken until cooked through.
