Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 500 grams, sliced into thin strips.
- Bell peppers: 2 medium (one red and one yellow), sliced into thin strips.
- Broccoli: 200 grams, cut into small florets.
- Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons.
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced.
- Ginger: 1 tablespoon, minced.
- Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons.
- Green onions: 3, chopped (for garnish).
- Rice: 2 cups (for serving).
- Salt and pepper: to taste.
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by slicing it into thin strips and set aside.
- Chop the vegetables: slice the bell peppers and cut the broccoli into florets.
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet and stir-fry the marinated chicken until cooked through.
