A quick and tasty stir fry featuring chicken and cabbage.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sliced chicken; cook until no longer pink.
- Add cabbage; stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
