Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup pasta, cooked
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
- In a separate pot, combine heavy cream, corn, and cajun seasoning. Heat gently.
- Add cooked pasta to the cream mixture and stir in parmesan cheese.
- Serve chicken bites over creamy cajun corn alfredo twists.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more chili powder.
- You can use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
