Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Remove stems and seeds from the chile de arbol peppers.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chiles and toast for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add tomatoes, onion, and garlic to the pan.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables soften.
  6. Add water and bring to a simmer.
  7. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  8. Season with salt and adjust to taste.
