Description
A simple and delicious chicken dish served with garlic parmesan rice.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add rice and stir to coat with oil.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and return chicken to the skillet.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Adjust salt according to taste.
- Can substitute chicken breasts with thighs.
