Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes.
  6. Add remaining butter to the skillet and melt.
  7. Toss cooked noodles in the skillet to coat with butter.
  8. Slice the chicken and serve over buttered noodles.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley.
