Description
A simple and comforting dish of chicken served with buttered noodles.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes.
- Add remaining butter to the skillet and melt.
- Toss cooked noodles in the skillet to coat with butter.
- Slice the chicken and serve over buttered noodles.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- Use chicken thighs for more flavor.
- Add vegetables for a complete meal.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
