A delicious chicken torta sandwich with savory flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 bolillo rolls
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or frying pan over medium heat.
- Spread refried beans on the inside of each bolillo roll.
- Melt mayonnaise with salsa and mix well.
- Layer shredded chicken on the bottom half of each roll.
- Add avocado, jalapeños, lettuce, and tomato on top of the chicken.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the top half of the roll.
- Close the sandwiches and grill until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
