- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear chicken thighs in the skillet until browned on both sides.
- Place seared chicken in the crockpot.
- Add garlic, onion, and chicken broth to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.
