Description
A creamy chicken tetrazzini pasta bake with mushrooms and cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, spaghetti, mushrooms, and onions.
- In another bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and pasta mixture.
- Add half of the cheddar cheese and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- Add vegetables like peas or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
