Description

A creamy chicken tetrazzini pasta bake with mushrooms and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, spaghetti, mushrooms, and onions.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and pasta mixture.
  5. Add half of the cheddar cheese and mix well.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
