- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, spaghetti, mushrooms, onion, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- You can substitute leftover turkey for chicken.
