A hearty chicken tater tot casserole that combines tender chicken, creamy sauce, and crispy tater tots.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 bag tater tots (32 oz)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Top with tater tots in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
- You can substitute mixed vegetables with your choice of veggies.
- This dish can be frozen before baking.
