- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Warm corn tortillas in another pan for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble tacos by placing chicken mixture in tortillas.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and salsa.
- Serve immediately.
