Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Add salsa and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Serve in taco shells with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Top with avocado if desired.
- Use whole wheat taco shells for a healthier option.
