Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Cook chicken in the pan until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove chicken from pan and let it rest before slicing.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by placing sliced chicken on tortillas.
- Top with chopped cilantro and diced onion.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
