A simple and delicious chicken sheet pan quesadilla recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, bell pepper, onion, and taco seasoning.
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Place two tortillas on the sheet.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas.
- Top with the remaining tortillas.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add more vegetables.
- Can substitute chicken with beef or beans for a different flavor.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
